Our Fees.
We strive to provide seamless services with complete transparency in billing.
We start by setting a reasonable fee that equals one-third of the prospective candidate's expected first-year total cash earnings. This includes the basic salary, sign-on bonus, and any anticipated yearly bonuses and commissions.
The payment process is straightforward and divided into three stages. We begin with an upfront retainer to kick off the search, and then two equal installments at 30 and 60 days from the start date.
We pride ourselves on being different from larger firms by not adding any administrative costs, which could sometimes hike your bill by an extra 8-15%.
As for search-related expenses, we'll tally up the ordinary costs (like international phone calls or shipping charges) at the end of each month and add it to your invoice. Rest assured, any extra expenses that might arise, such as consultant travel or interview costs, will only be incurred upon your approval.
